Young siblings, even adopted ones, often play fight. The larger Red certainly has an advantage over his smaller sister. As a pawslut, I could see Kim end up massaging her larger brother's paws. It might not be by choice but she might prefer it to being bullied underfoot.
This is an interesting topic I don't think I've written about like this. It's got me thinking.
