Animated version of 
Ayato's "Ritts has black-guy-hair", for 
Ritts. The base drawing is actually a paste from that, all I animated was the hair. And with any luck, the thumbnail version will be the av-sized one! :D
And darnit, I got the neck-hair part backwards on two of the hairstyles.
Transitions between the hairstyles are pure randomness.
