Flyp is Des Dragon's Dream Drake and helps guide and protect her from the dark past that often chases her in her dreams. Des will frequently appear as a young hatchling or fledgling in her dreams and Nightmares terrify her. During one particularly horrible dream, Flyp intervened a bit too far and Des ended up spotting him during a moment of lucid dreaming. Since then, because of the strong bond Flyp has to Des, they have been known to each other whilst Des is dreaming, They are like childhood friends, going on wonderful adventures and battling the evil that haunts Des as a dynamic duo!
The anchor plush is a reminder of the symbol Des uses to tie herself to reality and find her way out of some of the deepest dreams, she always knows that is the way back. The orca plush is to remind her to be brave and smart, like Flyp!
