This is a very minor character I made up on the fly. Their name is Cy, short for Cyanide. This raptor was mutated after their egg accidentally came into contact with biochemical waste. No fancy cool powers, but, uhm, glowy eyes and dark green flesh/blood. They’re also infertile, adverse effect of the chemicals. The stitches aren’t real, they’re tattoos. I need to make an anthro version eventually.
