One of the assassins was about to shoot the magistrate with a crossbow, but is stopped by two brave maidens (one of whom gave Sir Kiljaos a boon of favor earlier) from the maidens' audience booth next to the royal audience booth. Meanwhile the other knights are still having trouble getting inside the booth to aid in battle. Sir Kiljaos also drops one of the assassins down to be finished by the swan knight Sir Angsa with a hand cannon.
