You thought of almost everything! The only gun I don't see would be an Anti-matter gun of some sort but still.... All of these things would be really accurate and deadly, though.... If only they were real...

You know, I actually thought about making an Antimatter gun. But I am going to move that to missiles and torpedoes. Easier to contain, transport and fire. Rather than shooting a blob that could possibly impact the gun barrel and well...explode.

The Nahydron cannons and scattershot are basically along the lines of what you want. They are a highly charged crystal when fractured releases massive amounts of energy. Yea...a ship mounted shotgun with exploding pellets.

Not to mention the neutron Auger...The shell casing holds a small amount of Neutron star matter. Fired at a ship the shell fractures... spreading the ultra dense material out. As it travels through the ship the material that is gathered is greater and greater until it exits the other side. Nasty stuff.
