It's important to remember Fandoms are multi faceted. Gundam has always attracted Engeniering nerds bit has also relied heavily on ladies who are into Beutiful Men which led to a pivot around the time of Gundam Wing. A portion of the Fandom still complains heavily about the pretty boys leading the franchise.

I do tend to imagine your characters have a "base" size, and that's always been something like this:

But pretty much all your characters can change height / weight, so it's pretty variable.
