Revisiting the early roots of the Dreaming style; in my sketchbook with a very limited color pallet.

It is Wood Snake this year, so green snake (in keeping with the eastern zodiac I did back in 2020). I modeled this snake loosely off a leaf viper. I really loved that they looked so textural. Like they would be sand paper to pet.

I used colored pencil and ink for this one. (Many of my colored inking pens from college days have dried up).
