Talas had crushed Ridley beneath his massive paw, intending to keep him stuck into the warm, humid sole for a short while.
When Talas finally remembered Ridley after several hours of walking, he found him still stuck to his paw, pressed deep into the rough, worn sole, almost fused to the sticky, sweat-laced surface.
Coated with layers of sweat, dirt and grime from the journey. Despite the mess, Ridley’s violet hue was still faintly visible beneath the filth, making him stand out against the rest of the mess.
Talas could recall faint sensations of Ridley occasionally nuzzling against the sole between his steps.
Talas took a moment to observe him, fully aware that, despite everything, Ridley had enjoyed every second of the journey. Finally, he decided to peel him off slowly, feeling the resistance of the sticky filth.
