Rendering Breakdown
I like to think about this in a minimum of 3 tiers.
Examples: Basic (-), Mid (+), Spectacular (++)
As the rendering tier goes up, so does the TIME it takes to work on a commission. I prefer to be paid for my time, so all the little extra details, shading, etc costs more. I would like to think I create high quality art, and it often goes "you pay for quality" or simply "you get what you pay for."
Rendering is not required or mandatory. If it's not your thing, or out of your budget range, don't sweat it. My rendering is solely based on tipping ($5 minimum) so I'll always add a little rendering for you as a way for me to say thanks!
