A Synth design based on a Mod for TF2 made by Sapah that turns the Medic into a Synth. I have been looking to make a Synth OC for a while and now i have an excuse to make a lore reason why my Medic in TF2 looks like a Synth when i play him. It's Leo! or so i call him that. Basically Ari just fits inside Leo's body like a power suit and does medic gaming. That's all there is to it lmao.
