I was trying to show height difference. I think this was a couple years back or so? The height difference is more than this in reality but I was doing my best for the time. It was also showing how Vio tries to stand up to Rozzo (literally) XD. He stands on his tippy toes, while doing his best not to look like it. Trying to make himself bigger! And not be intimidated by Rozzo's proximity.

Rozzo intimidates everyone, so all the others are quite impressed with Vio's bravery. It's all a bluff of course, but goodness does he do his best of making it a convincing one. He may be shaking down to the core of him lil pawbs inside, but he can look like he don't give a heck about Rozzo and his stupid antics.
