Ugh, my head...
I woke up with a splitting headache in a dark room, with no idea how I ended up here.
Where am I? I thought to myself. And why can't I see any-
Before I could finish that thought, I was met with a blinding yellow light, blurring my vision and knocking me to the ground.
"Oh come on, he was right there!" a loud feminine voice boomed. "How could you have missed that shot, you dumbass?!"
As I tried to cover my ears, I looked up and saw the unthinkable: a massive blue paw hovering over me. I let out a frightened squeak. After all, the last thing I could've expected was an encounter with a giantess.
"Huh? What was that noise?"
Oh crap, she heard me!
I wanted to hide, but I was too stunned to even get up from my position. All I can hope for is that she'll show me some sort of mercy.

Fun fact about Miranda: the glow of her fur shines brighter when she feels more intense emotion, such as rage. That's something this little brown mouse wasn't expecting at all. Expect a part two to this story.
