I really like this guy and have been working on my own new headcanon reconstituted from what little there is with this obselete OC. Barely mentioned in much of anything, so have taken liberties + invented new things along the way about how I interpret him.

x1 of my early attempts at Tempest was him playing x1 of his many flutes. He has a slight musical side to him, which along with expanded meditation, helps him to control self esteem, stress + uncontrollable scenarios.
I also updated him with new clothes (salvaged + 2nd hand where plausible, as he does collect + repair bits here n' there.) May include more of him. Alongside a few more obselete mobian OC's i've been retconning.
