I honestly don't mind the sizes, they can be as big as the paper and they'd still get worn. o3o I have one that's about half the size of a normal printer sheet and it got worn all over FCN. x3 Hehe. For the cutting around the edges. I like what you have outlined. o: But when you laminate it, just give some of the sides on the big one a little room so the mist bit wont bend as easily, if that makes sense. Ohoh, and if you want, you can put "Tora" on the back or somewhere small on the front. I dunno though, it might ruin the awesomeness. xD Otherwise...
