Just cause he is a greedy gluttonous wolf doesn't mean Wilkins doesn't know how to be proper. Sure he polished off who knows how many buffets but he at least knows to clean himself up after meal.
And sure maybe he indulged a little much and his belly is showing but if anything it just shows how much he enjoyed the cooking so...yeah still proper.
