There exists a mysterious man who goes by Fawkes. Nobody knows who he is, or where he came from, but he is sometimes found in the woods, fishing at lakes, or even in active war-zones. He doesn't speak much, but when he does, its often a joke or a witty remark. Some who have known him claim there was also a hint of sadness in his words. There are ancient tales of a fox by the same name who takes the form of a human to blend in, though there have been a few reports of a "fox-man" from soldiers in modern conflicts as well, including in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia.

TL;DR he's supposed to be some sort of shapeshifting philosopher-soldier-fox-demigod. I based his concept a little off of Khan from the Metro series, but also was inspired to draw the fox this way by some of Servali Sketch's art.
