After the accident that gave her powers she emerged claiming she was able to escape the disaster with only some minor damage. In reality the white stripe in her hair is one she created herself, and she no longer needs glasses, those she created from her cloud body. Aside from that this is how she originally looked. She left the weather institute shortly after to become an independent weather scientist. She still is using her powers to get around and experiment with she’s determined to put her former colleagues to shame.
