Known as Dr. Latex Hazard, her fur was last seen dyed an acid green color. A highly skilled and brilliant doctor she is obsessed with 'perfection' to the point of performing surgeries to improve what she thinks are nature's short comings. She uses hormone and chemical agents to change the color of her fur so it grows as the new shade, she surgically augmented herself in several ways and possibly removed one of her own eyes (she had a small vision problem in her right eye). She has yet to be photographed without a mask on and it is unclear if she can even breath without it. She is suspected of working with several known and powerful criminals to fund her research augmenting 'enforcers'
