Here's a commission for my friend Kae, featuring his OC, Poppy!
He gave me free reign to do as I pleased with Poppy so...
I decided to have some fun and make something wholesome.
While this is a flat color commission, I usually like to add a few small details to maintain a sense of depth without going overboard or outside of what the client paid me.
So to make Poppy flying towards the apple look a bit more fun, they're being seen from the apple's perspective with the sky clouds making a bit of nice contrast!
I was worried about being able to pull it off but it worked out in the end! So I am happy with the results!
