Tulin, Mineru and Kakariko Village are from Nintendo's Legend of Zelda and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

Tulin just showed Mineru, who had instead traveled into the future, around some village that is made so many years around Hyrule and then she tried out many kinds of food like she never had before. The Zonai lady then programmed her auto-feeding machine with more kinds to generate in the future. In the meantime, she got her belly stuffed from enjoying many meals and Tulin then gave his aunt-figure's a friendly hug. She's grateful to have met this young rito warrior, for she may have any troubles learning about the brand new Hyrule.
