Commentary:
For the first time we get to see a room at the guards' headquarters. The rectangle next to the door is supposed to be the region's flag. I'll let you image what's in those scrolls of paper.

On the table is a map that's based on something i doodled while working on the new style, which also required actually planning out the town a bit more. The beach and the forest is shown on this map, and they llkely have other maps for more specific needs.

Hopefully it's possible to tell which character is saying what in panels 1 and 2, I really had to work with the negative space and keep them in the order they should be read in. In case it's not clear enough, the order of speech bubble speakers is Kuro Elah Elah Kuro Kuro Elah Elah Kuro.
