The male Lucario and the female Vaporeon are from Nintendo's Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Lordaeron's from Blizzard's Warcraft and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod. It is a gift for  Chowdama.

After the half-siblings' adventure, they just settled for the night before they return to more of their rescuing missions. In the meantime, they just had plenty of Golden Apples enough to stuff both their bellies huge enough to make them too heavy to continue doing heroic stuff together. Lucario and Vapoeron don't seem to mind for as long as this family stays and work together like a bonded team.
