Sketch rant doodle that summons one of several shinigami I deal with when interacting with certain people.
From cursing, silly demands, begging, crying, and fake accusations, I have seen a fair bit of ugliness of people.

Some people. If brains were dynamite, they wouldn't have enough to blow their nose. |3
Perfectly understandable that prices change as effort needed and time spent outweigh what you get out of it. Then again, some people will just always find something to complain about.
I think you can set your prices at whatever you like, hon. If someone can't pay them, then they get their money's worth when they don't pay it. XD

It doesn't matter what art or craft it is, there's always a cheapskate wanting something for nothing. The ones that amuse me the most are those who are willing to pay $50 for a hat because it has a brand name on it. But aren't willing to pay $15 for a high quality hat made by a private crafter who does it by hand because there is no brand name on it.
I've seen this happen in the computer repair, music equipment repair and audio engineering fields as well. Really anything with small businesses whose ownership/management are very accessible and visible to the public. It's almost like a perverse incentive. Those people feel they've been given an opportunity to "try" to get away with something they otherwise couldn't. After all, have you seen any megacorporations have anything even remotely resembling that level of customer support? These people KNOW they can't pull that kind of stunt with a larger business simply by the physics of bureaucracy and red tape involved. Maybe WE should take a lesson from the megacorporations and start directing our customers to an empty hole email account or a 14-level menu PBX automated phone system with four hour wait times due to high call volume. xD
