Turbulence's Rogues Gallery just keeps expanding!
We've had the pushover! We've had the femme fatale! Now, we have the antithesis! :D
• Name: Capt. Smogshell
• Species: Mutated Sea Turtle (Hence the two tails)
• Powers: Creates toxic sludge that can corrupt the ocean; can summon sea creatures affected by pollution to do his bidding. Also has a pipe that never runs out due to an enchantment, and can use smoke-based powers with it.
• Personality: Cynical and nihilistic, he believes that the ocean is beyond saving and aims to prove his point by spreading his pollution.
• Backstory: Once a protector of the ocean, he was transformed into a monster due to pollution, seeking revenge against those he believes failed to protect their home.
