This is an easier way to obtain Pokémon without attracting too much attention from the authorities.

Now I wonder if the victim is brainwashed when entering the pokeball and is mentally trained to think and act like the Pokémon they now are. Or maybe something more like a Clockwork Orange and they have a brainwashing center where they mold the victims to think and act like obedient Pokémon.

I just know that I would wear one of those suits without thinking twice.
