Ah yes, she may not have been the best healer in the game but she was the best-looking healer ;'3 You know, I think she's one of the characters that how "anthro" she looks depends a lot on how short the artist draws her nose/muzzle. I noticed it looked quite a bit shorter in the GBA version, although that might also have been the angle at which her character portrait was drawn? But I'm sure none of that has to do with why she should find herself standing in a junkyard, unless it was just you drawing inspiration from those news headlines and including it in the picture x)
The gameboy version gives Khris a noticeable chin, which reduces the animal-ness somewhat. And also one of those feet-turned-inward poses that I hate but I would never hold myself to that.
The headline definitely comes last, long after I decided on the picture's contents! This was one of the hardest pictures to find one for. Every word I tried got something about personal tragedy, trump or the outcome of a football game. I do not remember why I drew junk. I must have been concerned that the picture would seem boring.

That's quite the kingdom she rules over!
I gotta wonder though what kind of a ruler the Pinecone is...and
does it share the throne with her.
Overall though fantastic pic though I hope the mouse gets off the spike soon so he
can enjoy the kingdome he shares with her and the Pinecone. :)
