There's another scene where Donkey has his rear near Puss's face. This was within the Fairy Godmother's Potion Factory, where both Donkey and Puss were within a cart pushed by a disguised Shrek. For a brief second, once Shrek opens the door, they were shown to be more or less in a "69" position.
Would you interesting in trying that scene as well in the future by chance? If not, then that's completely fine!
