This is military time so in the army or military in general instead of using regular 12 hour time format we use 24 hour so instead of us saying 6:40 in the morning we say zero six-hundred and forty . since these two operate in the mindset of military terminology, it seem only appropriate for the setting and the characters themselves. : ] hope I cleared that up heh : ]
