Wow, lots of little details in this! Spotted characters must be hard. :P I don't think I've ever drawn one, but I assume they would be.
Anyway, I like it! Cute face, nice lips and expression. I like the pose of teh head and all the little fiddly bits like earrings, lace, mesh, the spots. It's a nice pose, and I really like that outfit. Like, a lot! :P Nice stockings too!

Stel seems of have a habit of speaking a lot of my thoughts on pics :B I did think she was a dalmatian at first, probably due to the monochromatic nature of the drawing, but then I realized the spots resemble a leopard's :P
A fun rendering of a fun design, I must say.
And heh, you know I'd never thought about the fact you have Steam, despite the TF2 art. Probably because I never really thought of Steam as an actual community until I got it myself recently :P
