A compliment that an armour nerd like me can recognise it immediately^^ Looks like a mixture of the Grandson armour and the Armour of Friedrich the Victorious.
Very, very well done, specially for the first attempt. Armour is very complexe indeed, alike a martial sculpture, which comes to life by the individual wearing it.

It actually is largely based off Friedrich's harness, except the demi-pauldrons I swapped for smaller spaulders ;p
I haven't considered a resemblance to the Grandson armor, but English harnesses do look nice. For this one I was inspired mainly by Flemish exemplars

Yea, i noticed. I had the Grandson armour in mind, because of the symmetrical couters on the arms, what is not the case at Fredericks armour. Also the very high rising corslett is typical for armours later than Frederick's suit. Flämisch yes, but soon the flämisch preferred one piece breastplates, at least where the flemisch style fully separated to the other main styles (not starting with several interchanges).
A great composition of that suit, it's something i would wear too. I love italian style and export style.
