I am so hyped for Skyward Sword I could just puke, its first debut way back when left me feeling "meh" ...I was just not thrilled....but upon seeing the recent stuff, the hints of the plot, the birds, the focus on exploration...I WANNA EXPLODE jdkhfggjskdhfjkdhj cannot WAIT to play it!
At first I rally did not like the graphics, but over time it grew on me and the art style is okay with me now...aside from the fact Link looks like he got into Zelda's lip gloss and mascara >_O (Nintendo, tweak that...please...please) and the derpy moblin bugs the crap outta me, but overall I am so hyped.
And the new villain....Demon Lord Gi-something I cannot spell or pronounce, he is so fecking disturbing, he is the first thing since the redeads and deadhands of OoT to leave me truly unsettled...and I LOVE IT. THANK YOU for an interesting villain, thank you for adding a serious undertone to the game through him (his dialogue was amazingly unexpectedly serious/harsh) seeing him in the game like so cut the "cartoony crap" feel that hung over my lame first impression and opened the floodgate for my hype. I am really looking forward to knowing more about him, namely why his one ear is not pointed (jeeze I hope there is a story behind it) and hrrrrrrrrrrrrk I wanna play!
And I am sooooooooo making a costume of a bird for Fanime's Zelda gathering next year, I am so itchy to start tinkering with it now but am waiting till I actually PLAY IT first, I vowed to not make a Wolf-Link till I played as Wolf-Link and shall do the same here. I want to have a "feel" for the character before I make it, plus there is always a chance of a slight design change (like how Midna started with flame like hair and they changed that) before the game comes out.
And I am soooooooo debating on which bird to make because I have tons of blue fur and no red...but in the end I will most likely make the red one so at the gathering we will have both of Link's pets X3
So next year I will have the bird (I wish we knew its name...or its gender for that matter, I think its male) to go along with Epona

pffft I pre-ordered Twilight Princess right after its first teaser trailer...a whole 11 months in advance!
I knew I wanted to play that one for sure! this one, the first teaser left me kinda "meh" so I did not pre-order right away, I did reserve a copy long before the second teaser...but wow did the second teaser ever get me hyped!!!
