The city of Oak Ridge is a mostly peaceful community under the protection of a superhero. There are no supervillains or sinister syndicates to thwart, but the Blanford's fox still finds ways to help her community using the powers at her disposal, from healing a child's splinter to teaching transmisic thugs a lesson they won't forget. She is: the Heroine of Oak Ridge.

This was a raffle story written for Desert (on Mastodon) starring their superhero character Sabira. I've never written a superhero story before but it was a lot of fun being able to explore what someone can do with their powers, but not have a gigantic earth-shattering conflict between themself and a masked superpowered menace. This is also the first short story (as opposed to vignette) I've written where nothing lewd or kinky happens or is hinted at, and I'm pleased with the results.
