This was the first in another themed set for  Osprey and as you might imagine my least favorite such set. Well, if you know me personally you might. Otherwise, based on my recent posts, you might think I was complaining about having to draw bodies fully clothed!

Honestly, I thought the modest outfits were cute (and obviously the backgrounds were going to be simple!). It was the snow I didn't like. This series happened to coincide with a severe cold snap my hands are only just now getting over. My computer sits in a draft (intentionally so as to protect it from the heat of the stove) so doing the color work on these was sorta like trying to type with your hands submerged in ice-water. Not a pleasant experience. At least more tropical scenes make me feel warmer, even if it is only a psychological heat!

And when the set was done, I DID think the results were pretty cute!
