This is Britney Goldtail. In my version of the FNAF universe she works as a hair stylist at Roxanne Wolf's Glamrock Beauty Salon. Britney is one of the few people talented enough for Roxy to trust with styling her hair (although Roxy does spend a lot of time working on her own hair). Britney's own natural platinum blonde hair is the envy of many other she-wolves, especially her coworker Zoey.
Also, like the other wolves that work at the Glamrock Beauty salon, Britney hates insects and other small slimy creatures, as can be seen in this scene...
