I don't know if that's your thing, but transformation (anthro to anthro dinosaur) could be an interesting thing, with a prehistoric vibe! What if an anthro from our time was sent by mistake to prehistoric times and slowly becomes a dinosaur anthro ; or we can imagine a lab mismatch, ha.
