Character appearance: Okeana has dark blue scales all over her body with an even darker blue underbelly. She has light blue highlights around herself and a fin on top of her head that’s shaped like a crescent, complemented by two off colored yellow horns sticking out of her head, with a fairly big and impressive muscular build.

Personality: Okeana is a science driven dragoness. She loves learning new things and will stop at nothing to acquire more knowledge. She can be a bit nerdy but at the same time she is active most of the time (though she is known for having a bit of a petty side to her). With her ability to change the size of herself and other things, it comes in handy if she wants to scoop up an entire town or city to study it, or shrink things and creatures down to collect it later.

She isn't particularly mean to smaller creatures, but her interest in learning new things or simply studying anything and her social obliviousness can mean that she can do certain studies that her subject may not like like having your city on a bottle in her cave for who knows how long, or shrinking hole planets and galaxies to study in her cave. Her feelings about the creatures she studies are mostly apathetic but never trying to be mean or evil, mostly treating her subjects as pets or tools and always trying to be as friendly as she can be. Though she does some destruction from time to time mostly to see the result she limits it as much as she can (Particularly chooses creatures and or kingdoms that have offended her one way or another) that's when her petty side shows more.

Dislikes: Having her work interrupted, getting annoyed, not being able to study something she finds interesting

Character information: Okeana can breathe steam and water as well as control water itself, due to her being a water dragon. If she is near the water it increases her magic exponentially. Okeana can also control water from the buoyancy of other creatures and give the ability to breathe underwater, as well as possess it herself, to even manipulate the flow of water and its currents, able to reverse waterfalls, making water go up. She can even make things dry thanks to a handy spell she knows, making paper be fully dry even at the bottom of the ocean.

She can light up her light blue scales and fins whenever she wants, being quite helpful to study places with limited light, she also has a matter manipulation magic, meaning she can change objects dimensions, traits, etc. which allows her to unlock an infinite amount of possibilities in her studies. This last power has deem her now a lesser goddess, below Schoria’s power level
