Kiran the careful Umbreon is searching in the Grass Continent's Northern Desert. While he is an Explorer, he does not search there for glory and treasure but to find his dear friend, Vetra the Jolteon. When they finally met, they went onward to find a mythical lone tree in the desert.
And when they find it, strange stuff happens.
This is a story that I wrote for Umbreon Day. I wrote the rough draft in three days and planned to write the final draft yesterday. However, I got sick with the flu, which left me with low energy and even barfed a couple of times. I also spent much of my time lying down, which isn't fun. Even now, I'm not 100% better.
This stiff neck isn't helping, nor is the bug bite on my neck.
Still, I hope you all enjoy my late contributions to Umbreon Day (with Jolteon).
