Again, I doubt i am the first to think of this but seeing Scream Tail in the pokemon anime I do very much think it matches the gremlin energy

In the series Sango calls it Oni-Purin. I don't know if that is specifically to match the giant ogre demon or if it is because Glalie's Japanese name starts with it and she is comparing it to her own pokemon....... So when the dub catches up maybe we will get an answer but if i was in charge it would be called a....... Giga-lypuff pulling from the word gigantic
