Neo version of Monoblos (followup of the Lagi Leviathan one), takes some traits from Neo Tricy
These are more just silly one-offs but they kinda have some conceptual abilities:
"We know very little about this creature, yet it is clear that it has undergone heavy mutations."
"Note 1. This mutation of Monoblos is especially aggressive, charging more often with such a reckless regard to anything around it."
"Note 2. Gaping holes in the wings where plating once provided protection, these now leak sand and can hurl out globs of Lo-Xol."
"Note 3. Now possessing three wicked-looking horns, the beast can practically drill into the ground; However, this is not all they're used for, as they are capable of conducting electricity and firing bolts of lightning."
"Note 4. From what we have observed, the neosaur can create towers of glass from casting lightning over the sand, smashing them into pieces with its barbaric tail as forms of projectiles"
