Rubia Natwick--ToVS style
Had her sitting on the back-burner a while--but, with me having decided to finally finish the requests that have been asked of me, I thought I could finish it to see if I'm able. X3
Either way, I think she turned out pretty well all things considered--I couldn't assemble a frame from her ToH cameo summon but partially, so I had to improvise a little. I can say a video from RM3 helped a little in that regard. 'w'
