Been talking over discord about an entire secret organization of super villains based off the tarot cards. Have come up with one for each card as well as henchmen types for the cups, staves, coins and swords. Hope to do more soon.

Is it just me, or do villain groups just seem to more easily be able to use the "themed group" setup than heroes do? I suppose heroes tend to be more individualistic and aren't as prone to having "henchmen".
I know "Zodiac" is a unifying theme, but there still seems to be a limit to how much each member actually conforms to that theme, whereas villains tend to go more all-in on the theme.
