Hooo. Wow I did something with effort! Amazuring.
Well, let me explain. :devsa-rahhh: and I tend to slap our characters into whatever strange obsession we have next so you'll end up seeing the same character in just about 4 different alternate universes or more. All very complicated, so don't worry if you get confused. Even I had to make a spread sheet to understand this shit.
ANYWAY- This is Dragon Age again. Winona is the daughter of a Rivaini nobleman and a Fereldan noblewoman (ranged marriage, worked out rather well). She was born in Rivain so she was raised with their habits. In Rivain the higher your class the more jewelery and tatoos you have, thus why this poor woman is so exceptionally covered in gold.
Rivain doesn't have a real world equal as most of the lands in Thedas do, so I sort of just went with... gypsy/Byzantine sort of... thing. I dunno. Her clothes will definitely always be rather simple (and Ferelden-esque), unless she has to get super dressed up, but sadly she must always wear far too much jewelery for her liking.
She preferred the time when she could wander Ferelden with her cousin as an assassin. Then she made the mistake of getting married and settling down so her father could find her and guilt her into coming back and taking his spot as head of the family. CURSES.
She doesn't like it, she's always hated politics. She doesn't like the other nobles. She doesn't like how her husband, a Fereldan, mocks her for having to actually look like a lady. "Jackass" could be just about anyone at this point.
