[6] The queen and her servant - Raffleprize
Two twins, living in different worlds.
While both twins are seen as royalty, the female is living more like a princess.
She's one of the founders of a dragonrider order and works to improve the new friendship between dragons and humans.
As such she's more used to having others listen to her commands and ruling. She lives in a human city, where she is dutiful about her tasks and handles the dragons that live within the human society.
Her days are stressful and it can be a lot to handle at times, which makes her happy that she has someone as close and loyal as her brother to take over some of her tasks when they stack up.
Meanwhile her brother is craving freedom too much to live fully within the human walls.
He works as a postal-dragon to be an example that human-dragon coexisting is possible. It lets him travel a lot between human cities and sometimes even continents.
It also serves as a good base to deliver his sisters more important messages to the dragon tribes and going to meetings as her diplomat (sometimes even pretending to be her as they look so similar).
But mostly, it allows him to sleep beneath the stars and feel free. To fly where he wants to and explore the land.
Got this art unexpectedly by guessing the correct answers in a wyvern-party from ZHURZH here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/58647874/

Beautiful concept and even very wholesome
Such coexistence actually feels quite fair and somewhat understandable, balanced and justified
Beauty and love are two things that can potentially fix and save worlds
They shall not be spent in vain and be broken
Amazing art and world building

Thank you~
While it is the goal for the coexistence to be fair and balanced, there's of course always some difficulties.
Before the twins in my "story" humans and dragons were fighting each other and even now there's still some grudges.
Not all dragons like to accept human laws and some humans don't want to think of dragons as equals, being stuck on stereotypes.
So there's always a lot when slowly bringing them together and getting them to cooperate with each other to live in peace~
Thanks for liking the art and story, I hope you don't mind the long text x3

Oh my god that is amazing! And it reminds me of a passage from a Wings of Fire book. x3
"Library," Starflight echoed, finally hearing what Deathbringer had said. "There's a library! Fatespeaker! Have you seen it? How many scrolls do they have?"
"Like a million," she said.
"A million!" Starflight felt momentarily faint, thinking of a million scrolls he'd never read. It would be just like his dream.
