My life is filled with unwanted dread and severe anxiety. Freaking out overnights to the point of breaking down only to result in self management to fight through everything that is going in my head of all combinations of grief, unattended traumaS (past and present), delusions, independence, attachments and much more.

I attempt to cope through relaxation via music, sleep, art, etc. Hence why this artwork exists in the first place.

Things will not get better but my 2 family members is why I'm still alive today.

I am almost 21. I live in shame
