That's pretty much the idea! elamistheman came up with the initial concept for this one, and the two of us worked out specifics together. The way it works is that each player is actually changing the next opponent clockwise around the table (so I'm changing Circine, Circine's changing Sheep, and Sheep is changing me). The first play for everyone is to put down an animal name, to choose the species their opponent is going to be turning into. Afterwards, the players are trying to name body parts, and each of those successfully placed down results in the named part becoming that of the previously indicated species. The winner of the game is either the high scorer when all the tiles are used up, or the last person who is still human enough to play.
Circine is salty here because the very first play of the game was me putting down the word "GAZELLE"-- a seven-letter word (which gave me a 50-point bonus), with a Z, on a double-word score space (the first word of the game is always a double-word score). So not only am I turning her into a gazelle, but I opened with a single word worth 84 points! In contrast, Sheep scored a respectable 28 by choosing to turn me into a "GIRAFFE" (though I've got no idea how she was lucky enough to get both F's at the same time... X3), and Circine only got 15 for "ZEBRA", despite figuring out a way to use the Z that I had put down.

I'm not entirely sure, but it miiiiiight also involve a game mechanic that allows for tile redraws, and for words related to the theme (like "MORPH" and "LONG") to essentially be wild card plays that allow players some flexibility in picking body parts. (That's my guess, anyway, because I don't see "NECK" anywhere on the board, but clearly Sheep managed to change mine somehow. XP )
