Given the geography of Goof Troop, Spoonerville appears to be near the coast (although in the movie, it's clear they live in the East). The real Spoonerville is in Wisconsin, which is where Peg appears to be in this drawing... If that's the case, this shot could be happening any time from late September to mid June... I kid our friends to the North.
