The Sky People has the largest area of influences, they control nearly all the airspace above 10000 ft and there is nothing the land based factions can do about it. Despite all of that, they are quite chill and prefer to trade with their rare high altitude spices and herbs. One of their large export hub is Tanjong Besi, the most sophisticated port they have. The goods can only be transport via the cargo airships and sometime guarded by a Naga. This same sentient species also work as a harbourmaster of the port.

Non Naga species such as Lishi himself do most of the heavy labour. They are more versatile in carry out delicate tasks compare to the gigantic serpentine flying creature. After the tasks is finished, they can rest until the next ship is going to depart. Lishi takes this opportunity to smoke some good stuffs, but not really. Its some kinds of medicine to improve his lungs to adapt to the high altitude air due to him not being a pure Sky People.
