The following copyright statement is necessary. This statement applies to all aspects of him. I am not a character....but it is how the general world sees it, it classifies as one.

Do not claim, steal, redistribute, use, or any of the like. Failure to inform me, and get approval, of any use of my character for any purpose including but not limited to reprints, selling, gifted work, stories, artworks, music, artificial intelligence (A.I.) training, artificial intelligence, and movies, will result in immediate action and/or compensation for the use of such character in said works. All Terms of Service and End User License Agreements cannot trump this agreement and failure to comply will result in immediate action and/or compensation for violating this agreement.

The following statement below applies to the runes upon his body. It should be covered above, but redundancy is useful. They are created by me, for me. If I see them on anyone else's character without permission will result in immediate action to alter the character, artworks pulled from all posted websites, and compel the artist to remove artworks and not sell prints or use in portfolios that exist. I can point you to plenty of runes that have been open sourced or even create some for you if you so wish. :) Don't try to pull off "you can't know that". These runes have literal translations to the ASCII table for the english alphabet, capital and lower, as well as some of the symbols used. I will know if they look identical and slight deviations of them will be noticed too.

Tl;dr: Ask for permission before you do shit with my character. Period. I more than likely will say yes but it's common courtesy and I must know of the existence of any usage of my character first before it can be completed. I am one that reads an artist ToS before I commission, please have respect and do so yourself for me.
