Another attires of functionaries in Visonia. All of them are part of the ruling SZS-RKV (Center of Nationalists, Clericalists, and Functionalists' Section of Visonia).
Section 16.4 of the 1967 Constitution promulgate that all state functionaries, including military officers, must be a member of the SZS-RKV. However, membership is not mandatory for all citizens. A party member is "laity" if they joined SZS-RKV outside the hierarchy of the Visonian Disciplist Church. Otherwise, they are an "ecclesiastical" member.
The Ribbons of Liberty is the women's wing of SZS-RKV. They are the only group of women allowed to go out in public without the presence of a male guardian/registered chaperone and often assisted the Canonical Corps. Overall, they deal with upholding "womenly Caulist values" in the citizenry.
The Court of Cardinals is the closest thing Visonia has to a legislature. Functionally, the 200-seats institution serves as an advisory, judiciary, and a de jure legislative body. Its members are elected by party-appointed Provincial Councils, something the regime dubbed "organic democracy."
